Job summary

SingHealth's Office of Digital Strategy (ODS) invites you to shape digital literacy programmes across workshops, online modules and events. You will design SOPs, manage logistics, scheduling and resources to ensure smooth delivery, and craft communications to boost participation.

You will build learner engagement strategies, establish practitioner communities, curate SharePoint channels, and own operational reporting with dashboards to monitor participation and satisfaction, translating data

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in IT, business, healthcare management, communications, or related discipline.
Experience in programme coordination, events, or project support would be advantageous.
Meticulous attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience developing communications materials for diverse audiences.
Proficiency in digital tools to support programme delivery and learner engagement.

Responsibilities

Coordinate learning programmes across workshops, online modules and events.
Design and implement SOPs for consistent delivery and logistics.
Oversee scheduling, logistics and resources to keep programmes running smoothly.
Create engaging communications to drive participation.
Develop awareness campaigns and curate SharePoint channels and communities of practice.
Own operational reporting and insights for digital literacy programmes with dashboards.
Partner with training providers on system reporting and monitor progress against adoption targets.
