Innergy Consulting Pte. Ltd. invites an experienced Product Owner (Asst Manager) to join the Transformation Team for a global shipping client.

You will capture detailed user stories, manage the product backlog, and align IT/Engineering delivery with business objectives. The role requires CSPO certification, 5+ years in Agile/Scrum, strong stakeholder management, and excellent communication. You will drive change, governance, and ensure successful delivery across multiple streams while

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/Engineering/Science or equivalent
• 5+ years of experience on complex Agile/Scrum software projects
• CSPO certification mandatory
• Strong product ownership experience and ability to manage competing priorities across scope, timelines, quality and budget
• Experience in transformation programmes and process re-engineering initiatives involving software applications and technology solutions
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to engage multiple internal and external stakeholders
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English

Responsabilités

• Engage with business users to understand objectives and translate into clear user stories with acceptance criteria
• Define and manage the product roadmap and backlog priorities
• Own and refine requirements and make prioritisation decisions
• Lead business change initiatives and organisational change where required
• Ensure PMO governance and delivery standards are met
• Act as gatekeeper for product scope and manage changes with engineering
• Guide change control processes for scope changes
• Identify and drive resolution of delivery roadblocks and risks
• Review completed work against requirements and lead UAT
• Collaborate with Engineering and QA to align objectives and delivery
• Understand interdependencies across processes and systems to support implementation
• Drive product adoption and communication of progress to stakeholders
• Own realization of business value beyond implementation
