HSBC Life (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. seeks a Digital Product Manager to enhance the digital enablement platform, drive requirements from multiple stakeholders and coordinate delivery with engineering, security and operations teams.

You will monitor platform performance, support incidents and releases, and contribute to governance forums while seeking opportunities to automate and improve user experience. A degree in IT/CS and 3–5 years in payment/platform domains is preferred.

Formación

• Degree or equivalent in information technology, computer science, engineering, or related discipline.
• Experience aligning business requirements with technical delivery and stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Support platform roadmap, priorities and delivery plans ensuring alignment with business value and risk.
• Gather, analyse and document requirements from business, technology and operations.
• Coordinate delivery across engineering, infrastructure, security, operations, vendors and business teams.
• Monitor platform performance, incidents and user feedback; escalate as needed.
• Assist with testing, release planning and governance forums.
