Job summary

You will craft user guides, presentations, announcements, and EDMs, while maintaining a structured content calendar to ensure timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or related field.
• Experience in content creation, communications, or engagement roles.
• Strong writing and communication skills.
• Ability to simplify and communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Strong stakeholder management and coordination skills.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain content materials across user guides, presentations, and engagement resources.
• Create and manage communications content across digital platforms.
• Plan and maintain a content calendar for timely communications.
• Engage with users by responding to queries and feedback via digital channels.
• Support planning and execution of events, roadshows, and training sessions.
• Coordinate event logistics, communications, and on-site operations.
• Gather and analyse post-event feedback to improve engagement.
