Job summary

PERSOL Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a proactive Content and Communications Specialist to develop and manage engaging materials across internal and external channels. You will craft user guides, presentations, announcements, and EDMs, while maintaining a structured content calendar to ensure timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or related field.
• Experience in content creation, communications, or engagement roles.
• Strong writing and communication skills.
• Ability to simplify and communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Strong stakeholder management and coordination skills.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibilities

• Plan and maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent and timely communication
• Engage and support users by responding to queries and feedback via digital channels
• Support planning and execution of events, roadshows, and training sessions
• Coordinate event logistics, communications, and on-site operations
• Gather and analyse post-event feedback to improve engagement initiatives
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure content accuracy and alignment

Additional Information

• 6 months Contract role
• Standard office hours (may require support for events when required)
