Havas Media Singapore is seeking a Freelance Planner - Senior Planner with 2-3 years of experience in digital media planning and campaign activation. You will develop and execute media plans, set up campaigns, and deliver performance reports for clients.

Ideal candidates can work independently, particularly with Excel-based reporting, and are available to start immediately as a freelance resource reporting to the Associate Director.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years in digital media planning and campaign management.
• Hands-on experience setting up campaigns on Google Ads, Meta, and TikTok.
• Proficiency in Excel for client-facing reporting.
• Strong analytical and data-driven reporting skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organization.

Responsibilities

• Translate client objectives into data-driven media plans.
• Plan audience targeting, channel selection, and budget allocation.
• Set up and manage paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and TikTok.
• Deliver interim and post-campaign reports with insights.
• Collaborate with internal teams and partners to ensure execution.
