Job summary
OCBC Bank’s Singapore internship offers hands-on experience in automation and digital transformation within Global Markets. You will develop VBA-based tools, apply AI capabilities such as Copilot, and contribute to process improvements across business and project activities.
You will work with a First Line of Defence team supporting governance, project coordination, analytics, and stakeholder engagement while learning practical management and communication skills in a leading financial
Qualifications
- Pursuing an undergraduate or postgraduate degree.
- Interest in automation, digital transformation, and process improvement.
- Proficiency in Visual Basic for Applications (VBA).
- Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot or AI tools is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
- Develop and enhance VBA-based tools to automate processes.
- Leverage AI to create templates and automate recurring tasks.
- Identify opportunities to optimise workflows and enhance efficiency.
- Support project planning, tracking, and governance activities.
- Prepare materials and record meeting minutes for governance.
