Responsibilities

• Marketing Analytics & Reporting: assist in maintaining and enhancing Adobe dashboards to support campaign performance tracking and business reporting.
• Digital Insights: generate reports and analyse marketing performance data to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
• SEO Optimisation: support search engine optimisation initiatives through operational activities that improve digital visibility and customer reach.
• Martech Platform Support: gain hands‑on experience supporting the implementation and utilisation of marketing technology tools and platforms.
• Personalisation Initiatives: assist with Adobe Target deployment activities and support customer personalisation programmes across digital channels.
• Teamsite Management: manage ad-hoc team site requests, content updates, and maintenance activities to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: work closely with marketing, technology, and business stakeholders to support digital marketing projects and initiatives.
• Ad-hoc Projects: provide support on digital marketing, customer engagement, martech, and analytics-related projects as assigned
