Aurora Art Beauty & Wellness Academy Pte. Ltd. is hiring a Marketing Executive in Singapore to drive marketing activities, content creation, and digital campaigns across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.

You will manage content calendars, develop promotional materials, and coordinate with sales and trainers to convert leads into enrolments, while supporting international campaigns and brand development.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Marketing or related field is preferred.
• Minimum 1-2 years of marketing or digital marketing experience.
• Experience in social media marketing is highly desirable.
• Experience in beauty, wellness, education, lifestyle or retail industries is an advantage.
• Fresh graduates with strong digital marketing skills may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns.
• Manage the Academy's social media platforms.
• Create content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
• Develop short-form videos, reels, stories and promotional content.
• Monitor social media engagement and campaign performance.
• Respond to marketing enquiries and direct leads to the sales team.
• Plan and maintain a monthly content calendar.
• Create marketing copy, captions and promotional materials.
• Coordinate photography and video production.
• Develop student testimonials and success stories.
• Promote courses, workshops, events, products and Academy activities.
• Maintain brand identity across channels.
• Develop campaigns to generate student enquiries.
• Manage online advertising campaigns as needed.
• Monitor leads from various sources and convert to enrolments.
• Track lead sources and conversion rates.
• Plan marketing campaigns for new course launches.
• Support open houses, seminars, and promotional events.
• Coordinate marketing with trainers and admin.
• Prepare promotional calendars for courses and events.
• Monitor campaign budgets and results.
• Monitor industry trends and identify opportunities.
• Research competitors and potential markets.
• Identify new target customer segments.
• Provide recommendations to management on opportunities.
• Monitor international enquiries and campaigns.
