Job summary

ANake Retail Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Marketing Executive to strengthen our beauty brand and drive campaigns that deliver real, measurable results. The role blends digital marketing, design, campaign execution, website optimization, and management of key initiatives.

You will own brand visuals, coordinate mall activations, manage campaigns end-to-end, and grow our presence on Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook while driving clinic consultations and sales opportunities.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in marketing (online and offline), preferably in beauty/ skincare or wellness industries.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and visual.
• Proactive, adaptable, and solutions-oriented.
• Data-driven with ability to translate insights into campaigns.
• Refined visual and branding sensibility; balance creativity with measurable results.
• Highly organised and able to manage multiple campaigns independently.

Responsibilities

• Creative & Visual Design: Own brand visuals across product labels, brochures, and in-store collateral.
• Mall & Landlord Partnerships: Coordinate mall activations and high-traffic advertising opportunities.
• Project & Vendor Management: Manage campaigns from start to finish with budgets and timelines.
• Social Media & Brand Presence: Grow presence on Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook with premium content.
• End-to-End Campaign Execution: Develop and roll out monthly promotions with cross-functional teams.
• Creative Problem Solver: Transform product visuals into luxury-focused marketing visuals using design tools.
• Social Media & Beauty Industry Savvy: Create engaging short-form content to drive leads and consultations.
• Fast-Paced Execution: Deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.
