Job summary

AURA MERIDIAN WELLNESS PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a Marketing professional to lead end-to-end campaigns and brand strategies for beauty and wellness services.

You will drive paid digital ads, optimize CAC/ROAS, and manage content across social channels while ensuring seamless in-store execution of promotions. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in wellness marketing, proficiency with Mindbody or similar CRM platforms, and strong content creation skills in Canva/CapCut.

Qualifications

• Experience in beauty, wellness, retail skincare, spa or hospitality marketing.
• Hands-on with Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, SEO and wellness booking/CRM platforms.
• Familiar with agile graphic design or video editing tools for fast-paced social content.
• Analytical mindset with a passion for self-care and customer service excellence.

Responsibilities

• Campaign & Brand Strategy: plan and execute marketing campaigns aligned with targets and launches.
• Digital & Performance Marketing: lead paid campaigns to drive high-intent leads and bookings, track CAC/ROAS.
• Social Media & Content Creation: oversee content calendar and influencer partnerships.
• Customer Retention & Loyalty: design lifecycle marketing to maximize LTV.
• Cross-Functional Operations: collaborate with staff and management for in-store execution.
