Job summary

Dopamine Movement is seeking a creative Digital Marketing & Social Media Intern (Part-Time/Remote) to elevate our presence on Instagram and TikTok. You’ll manage daily posts, plan campaigns, and coordinate shoots with instructors, helping grow our brand and drive class bookings while maintaining a strong, cohesive voice across channels.

You’ll work remotely with flexible hours, have opportunities to contribute to real campaigns, and gain hands-on experience in social media marketing and content

Qualifications

• Creative, social media-savvy with Instagram and TikTok trend awareness.
• Comfortable using Canva, CapCut or similar editing tools.
• Strong eye for visuals, storytelling and consistent brand voice.
• Excellent written communication with catchy captions and hooks.
• Organised and able to manage content schedules independently.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow Instagram and TikTok presence with engaging content.
• Create and publish timely announcements, class updates, promotions and event highlights.
• Stay on top of trends, audio, and content formats relevant to audience.
• Develop a monthly content calendar aligned with activities and goals.

• Repurpose footage into shareable content.
• Brainstorm and execute marketing campaigns for events and campaigns.
• Drive profile visits, engagement, brand awareness and class bookings.
• Identify opportunities for organic growth and community engagement.
• Monitor performance and suggest improvements based on reach and response.

Dopamine Movement | Remote / Flexible Hours

We're looking for a creative, social media-savvy individual to help grow Dopamine Movement's digital presence and bring our brand personality to life across Instagram and TikTok.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Management

• Manage and maintain Dopamine Movement's Instagram and TikTok presence with consistent, engaging content.

• Create and publish timely announcements, class updates, promotions and event highlights.

• Stay on top of social media trends, trending audio and content formats relevant to our audience.

Content Planning & Creation

• Develop and maintain a monthly content calendar aligned with studio activities, campaigns and business goals.

• Plan, create and edit Reels, TikToks, Stories and other social content.

• Coordinate photo and video shoots with instructors, including scheduling, creative direction and content briefs.

• Repurpose existing footage into engaging, shareable content.

Marketing Campaigns & Growth

• Brainstorm and execute creative marketing campaigns for class launches, studio events, promotions and collaborations.

• Develop content strategies to drive profile visits, audience engagement, brand awareness and ultimately class bookings.

• Identify opportunities for organic growth and community engagement.

• Monitor content performance and suggest improvements based on reach, engagement and audience response.

Who We're Looking For

• Creative, proactive and familiar with Instagram and TikTok trends.

• Comfortable using Canva, CapCut or similar editing tools.

• Good eye for visual aesthetics, storytelling and brand consistency.

• Organised and able to manage content schedules independently.

• Strong written communication skills with a knack for catchy captions and engaging hooks.

• Interest in fitness, Pilates, wellness or lifestyle brands is a bonus.

• Prior content creation experience is preferred, but a strong portfolio or personal social media presence works too!

Working Arrangement

• Remote role with flexible working hours.

• Part-time or internship arrangement available.

• Occasional on-site visits for content shoots, events and collaborations.

• Must be able to coordinate independently with instructors and the studio team.

• Expected to maintain a consistent content schedule and deliver agreed monthly content targets.
