Job summary

MIDAS Media Production seeks a Social Media Marketing Intern to craft engaging video content, plan calendars, and experiment with creative ideas across brands. Based in Toa Payoh, Singapore, the role offers hands-on learning in video production and social media strategy.

You will work with the team to research trends, produce posts, analyze outcomes, and deliver post-campaign reports while developing a strong portfolio in a fast-growing digital agency.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Business, Marketing/Mass Communications or equivalent.
• Understanding of the pre-production and production processes for content creation.
• Experience creating content and post-production with Adobe Creative Suite.

Responsibilities

• Research, draft, propose and produce engaging/unique video content.
• Plan and manage the social media calendar across multiple channels.
• Involve in video production, editing and post-production including video animations and digital artwork management.
• Collaborate with the team to generate creative social media content.

We are looking for a Social Media Marketing Intern to journey with us to create new social media marketing strategies and is willing to experiment with creative juices!

Expectations of the role as a SOCIAL MEDIA MARKETING INTERN:

• Research, draft, propose, independent creative creator, and produce engaging/unique video content
• Planning and managing the social media calendar across our multiple social media channels
• Involve in video production, video editing and post-production which includes the creation of video animations and digital artwork management
• Work closely with the team to generate creative social media content
• Familiarise with different social media marketing options
• Work with and assist with company to manage different brands' social media platforms
• Preparation of post-campaign reports
• Identify new opportunities and social media trendsAssist in marketing research and any other ad-hoc tasks if required

Must-haves:

• Passion for full suite of social media options
• Minimum Diploma in Business, Marketing/Mass Communications or equivalent.
• Understanding of the pre-production and production processes for content creation
• Has creativity experience in creating new contents post-production via Adobe Creative Suite

Other Must-knows:

• Working Location: Toa Payoh
• Able to commit to full-time for three (3) to six (6) months
• Monday to Friday: 9.30am to 6.30pm
• Due to nature of role, must be willing and able to work on weekends / overtime when required
