Responsibilities

• Trend spotting and research to identify reactive content opportunities for brands.
• Content planning and community management for client accounts.
• Content production support for shoots and post-production logistics.

• Create content for regional and local brands that goes live on social.
• Work with the team across insights, scriptwriting and culture trends.

Are you a curious, culturally plugged-in individual who lives on social? We're looking for a Content Intern to join our team and help bring ideas to life across TikTok, Instagram, and more. You'll get hands-on experience assisting the content team in researching trends, supporting shoots, and editing engaging content for brands people love. This internship is perfect for someone who lives and breathes digital culture, knows what's trending before it's trending, and wants to learn how branded content gets made behind the scenes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Trend Spotting and Research - Keep up with what's trending in the social media sphere as well as research on cultural topics relevant to brands and campaign directions, and identify reactive content opportunities for brands based on trends and moments
• Content Planning & Community Management - Monitor community management for client's social media account, assisting with comments and direct messages engagement, and plan for community engagement tactics to get people engaging with us
• Content Production Support - Assist in planning and executing social content shoots, including brainstorming content ideas, preparing shot lists, and supporting both pre-and post-production logistics.
• Editing & Ideation - Help with video reels editing (especially on tools like CapCut), with transitions, text overlays, and trending audio.
• Real Work, Real Brands : Be part of content creation for notable regional and local brands, crafting ideas for social-first campaigns that actually go live.
• Creative Mentorship : Work closely with a team that lives and breathes social culture, from insights and scriptwriting to platform-native formats and emerging trends.
• Cultural Fluency : Gain a sharp understanding of what makes content resonate online and learn how to turn cultural moments into brand-relevant stories.
• Tools of the Trade : Get hands-on with key content and analytics tools like CapCut, TikTok One, Emplifi and more, building skills you'll use in future roles.
