• Strong command of English (verbal and written).
• Energetic, proactive, and able to thrive under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Email Campaigns: Develop and execute targeted email campaigns with segmentation and performance tracking.
• Ad Campaigns: Plan, implement and optimize paid ads across platforms to drive ROI.
• Event Marketing: Lead promo for events from promotion to post-event follow-up.
• SEO: Lead on-page and off-page SEO, keyword research and link-building.

As a Digital Marketing Manager at TokenMinds, you will be integral to our strategic team, driving the development and execution of high-impact marketing campaigns. Your role will be crucial in shaping our brand’s presence, crafting compelling narratives, and keeping pace with the blockchain industry's fast-moving environment.

Responsibilities

• Email Campaigns: Develop and execute targeted email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, content creation, A/B testing, and performance tracking to drive engagement, conversions, and brand loyalty.
• Ad Campaigns: Plan, implement, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads, social media, and display networks, ensuring they align with business objectives and generate a positive ROI.
• Event Marketing: Oversee the marketing strategy for events, from initial promotion through to post-event follow-up, ensuring events are effectively publicized, well-attended, and contribute to brand awareness and lead generation.
• SEO: Drive organic growth by leading on-page and off-page SEO strategies, including keyword research, content optimization, link-building initiatives, and monitoring site performance to increase search engine rankings and web traffic.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in marketing or performance marketing , preferably within the tech or blockchain industry.
