Search Personnel Pte Ltd is seeking a Digital Marketing Executive to manage social media content and digital campaigns for three consumer brands in home appliances and smart home solutions. You will plan, create, shoot, edit and publish engaging posts, photos, videos and reels, while coordinating content calendars and paid ads, including Google Ads.

You will also support SEO/SEM activities, track performance, and collaborate with KOLs and creators.

Formación

• Minimum 2 years of social media or digital marketing experience.
• Ability to independently create and edit photos and short videos.
• Hands-on with Google Ads; basic SEO/SEM understanding.
• Comfortable appearing on camera and supporting weekend events.
• Able to manage multiple brands within a small team.

Responsabilidades

• Manage social media content and digital campaigns for three brands.
• Plan, create, shoot, edit and publish posts, photos, videos and reels.
• Handle content calendars, organic posting and paid ads including Google Ads.
• Support SEO/SEM activities and monitor campaign performance.
• Coordinate with KOLs and creators and track deliverables.
• Assist product launches, events and promo materials.
• Leverage AI tools for content ideas, scripts and visuals.
• Appear on camera for product and social videos when needed.

• Position: Digital Marketing Executive (Social Media / Content)
• Location: Loyang Way (Walking distance from Bus Stop)
• Working hours: Monday to Friday | 8.30am to 5.30pm | Weekend event support may be required, with off in lieu.
• Salary: Up to $5,000 + AWS + Performance Bonus + Annual Leave + Medical Benefits
• Duration: Permanent

Responsibilities

• Manage social media content and digital campaigns for three consumer brands covering kitchen appliances, smart home solutions and gas water heaters.
• Plan, create, shoot, edit and publish social media posts, photos, videos and reels.
• Manage content calendars, organic posting and paid advertising, including Google Ads and other relevant platforms.
• Support SEO and SEM activities and monitor campaign performance.
• Coordinate with KOLs and creators, track content deliverables and follow up on publication timelines.
• Plan and support product launches, exhibitions and promotional events, including coordination with organisers and preparation of marketing materials.
• Use AI tools to support content ideas, scripts, visuals, videos and website content.
• Appear on camera when needed for product and social media videos.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of relevant social media or digital marketing experience.
• Able to independently create and edit photos, short videos and reels; portfolio of past work required.
• Hands-on experience with Google Ads and a working understanding of SEO and SEM.
• Comfortable appearing on camera and supporting physical events, including occasional weekends with off in lieu.
• Able to manage multiple brands and work independently within a small team.
• Experience with Meta Ads, KOL campaigns and AI content tools is advantageous.
