Qualifications

• Interest or experience in digital marketing, social media, content creation or consumer marketing.
• Comfortable using social media platforms and creating simple content using Canva or similar tools.
• Basic photography, video editing or short-form content creation skills would be advantageous.
• Comfortable communicating with customers through social media and messaging platforms.
• Proactive, organised and comfortable working independently as well as within a team.
• Willing to learn digital advertising, lead-generation tools and new marketing platforms.
• Comfortable occasionally appearing in social media or marketing content when required.
• Able to attend events and marketing activities, including occasional travel to Malaysia when necessary.

Responsibilities

• Manage social media platforms and plan engaging local content, including Reels, Stories, posts and promotional materials.
• Create simple marketing visuals and content using Canva or similar tools, including basic photo/video editing.
• Support digital advertising and lead-generation campaigns across platforms such as Facebook and Instagram.
• Respond to social media and WhatsApp enquiries, follow up on leads and maintain accurate customer/lead records.
• Track campaign performance, leads generated and customer engagement to support marketing objectives.
• Support retail promotions, roadshows, workshops, brand activities and other marketing events.
• Work closely with regional marketing teams to adapt campaigns and marketing materials for the Singapore market.
• Attend selected events and marketing activities in Malaysia when required.

• Position : Digital Marketing & Social Media Associate

• Location: Jalan Pemimpin

• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 6:00pm

• Salary (commensurate with experience): S$3,100 – S$3,200 per month + Discretionary Performance Bonus + Annual leave starting from 12 days

• Duration: Permanent / Full-time
