Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in any field preferred.
• Minimum 2 years hands-on experience managing a company's official website / Amazon for e-commerce duties.
• Solid understanding of platform policies (Amazon, Shopee, Lazada, etc.).
• Familiar with website traffic, conversion, Google Analytics, A/B testing, CPC, CRO.
• Experience in cross-border e-commerce (B2C) is an advantage, esp. Australia/Europe/US.

Responsibilities

• Sales data & reporting: own weekly/monthly data exports and basic analysis; flag anomalies to Lead.
• Sales plan execution: drive annual/quarterly/monthly/weekly sales plans; support targets.
• Pricing & promotion compliance: configure regional discounts; keep MSRP price changes synced; run checks.
• Campaigns & site merchandising: coordinate campaign execution and optimize page planning.
• Product, SKU & inventory: plan launches/delistings; manage shipping, stocking, and inventory ledger.

• Bachelor's Degree in any field is preferred for this post.
• Minimum 2 Years of hands-on experience handling Company's Official Website / Amazon for E-Commerce Duties
• Solid understanding of platform policies such as Amazon, Shopee, Lazada, etc.
• Familiar with Website traffic & conversion, Google Analytics, A/B testing, CPC, CRO
• Proven experience in cross-border e-commerce (B2C) is an advantage, particularly for the Australia and Europe & US Markets.

This Role will mainly focus on Reolink Official Website & Amazon for different region in Australia, Europe and US Markets.

• Sales data & reporting — Own weekly and monthly sales data export, storage and basic analysis; flag anomalies to the Lead promptly and support sales target achievement and growth.
• Sales plan execution — Drive annual, quarterly, monthly and weekly sales plans and action plans through to on-the-ground execution. Traffic & user analytics — Use GA4 / FineBI to analyze traffic, conversion, pages and user paths, supported by user-analysis tools, to surface anomalies and deliver optimization recommendations.
• Pricing & promotion compliance — Configure regional / country discounts from the promotional rules set by the Lead; draft promo plans and submit approvals; keep MSRP pricing synced with price-change notices; run MSRP and compliance-display checks.
• Campaigns & site merchandising — Coordinate Tier-B/C campaign execution to hit campaign targets, lead Tier-Non-S page planning, and identify website product-feature anomalies.
• Product, SKU & inventory — Plan SKU launches and delistings and streamline the portfolio; adjust category workflows per category planning; manage shipping, expediting, stocking and inventory ledger updates.
• Cross-functional collaboration — Support brand localization projects and coordinate across departments.
