Job summary

Shape Optics Technologies Pte Ltd. seeks a Digital Marketing Executive / Creative Digital Designer to lead SEO, content marketing, and website optimization for a global audience.

You will enhance our WordPress site, create data-driven content, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive qualified traffic and leads. Mandarin fluency is highly preferred for client communications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Digital Communications, or related field.
• 1–3 years of proven SEO or digital marketing experience, ideally B2B/tech.
• Strong knowledge of SEO tools and platforms (GA, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs).
• Hands-on WordPress and page builders such as Elementor and/or Oxygen.
• Strong written and verbal communication; cross-functional collaboration.
• Fluency in Mandarin is highly preferred for Mandarin-speaking clients.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic SEO initiatives to improve visibility and traffic.
• Conduct keyword research and use insights to guide content creation.
• Optimize website content for search performance and user experience.
• Lead link-building, metadata optimization, and internal site structure improvements.

• Stay updated with algorithm changes and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Produce monthly performance reports with insights and recommendations.
• Collaborate with teams to support digital campaigns and branding.
• Contribute ideas for content marketing aligned with branding objectives.

As we continue to grow our international footprint, we are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive / Creative Digital Designer (Website & Social Media) to lead our digital marketing strategy, strengthen our brand presence online, and drive qualified traffic and leads through SEO, content marketing, and website optimization.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and implement strategic SEO initiatives to improve search visibility and increase organic traffic.
• Conduct keyword research and use insights to drive high-value content creation.
• Optimize website content—including product pages, blog posts, and landing pages—for both search performance and user experience.
• Lead technical and content-driven SEO efforts such as link-building, metadata optimization, and improving internal site structure.
• Oversee performance and content updates on our WordPress-based website, ensuring technical accuracy and visual coherence.
• Design and update web pages using tools like Elementor.
• Use analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush) to monitor performance and identify growth opportunities.
• Keep up to date with algorithm updates across platforms such as Google and Baidu and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Produce monthly performance reports with insights and recommendations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support business goals through digital campaigns.
• Contribute ideas and execute content marketing strategies aligned with our branding objectives.
• Provide support for other digital initiatives to ensure a cohesive online presence.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Digital Communications, or related fields.
• 1–3 years of proven experience in SEO or digital marketing roles, ideally in a B2B or technology-focused environment.
• Strong knowledge of SEO tools and platforms (Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.).
• Hands-on experience with WordPress and page builders such as Elementor and/or Oxygen.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
• Proactive, self-driven, and results-oriented mindset.
• Fluency in Mandarin is highly preferred due to communication with Mandarin-speaking clients.

Bonus Points

• Certifications in Google Analytics, Google Ads, or related platforms.
• Previous experience in digital marketing within high-tech, optical, or photonics industries.
• Experience managing multilingual SEO strategies.
