Job summary

BGC Group Pte Ltd is seeking a proactive Marketing Support Assistant for a 3-month contract in Singapore. You will assist with digital marketing campaigns across social, search, and display channels, help with audience targeting and scheduling, and monitor campaign performance.

You'll create and schedule email campaigns, support customer database management and segmentation, track results, and coordinate materials with designers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, events, arts management or related field.
• Experience in content management, proofreading, admin support or programme coordination is a plus.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and digital communication tools.

Responsibilities

• Support digital marketing campaigns across social media, search and display.
• Assist with audience targeting and campaign scheduling.
• Monitor campaign performance and flag issues.
• Create and schedule email marketing campaigns.
• Support customer database management and audience segmentation.
• Track campaign performance and prepare reports.
• Support A/B testing and analyse results.
• Coordinate digital marketing materials with designers and creative teams.
• Assist SEO activities like keyword research and content optimisation.
• Research audience behaviour, market trends and competitor activities.
• Maintain campaign schedules and track deliverables.
