Job summary

Qualifications

• 1 - 4 years of working experience; internships considered.
• Experience in Digital Marketing & Communications, Financial Services/FinTech preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, Business, Digital Marketing, or related fields
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

• Support creation, review, and execution of client communications for digital campaigns.
• Manage day-to-day campaign operations, including campaign setup, coordination, execution support, QA, and tracking of campaign deliverables.
• Perform fulfilment checks and validate data for targeting, client lists, and outputs.
• Conduct pre- and post-launch quality checks and monitor campaign status.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure timely delivery of communications and campaigns.
• Prepare presentations, reports, campaign performance updates, and communication materials.
• Provide support for ad hoc projects and other tasks as assigned.
