Job summary

Seacare Manpower Services is seeking a proactive Marketing Assistant to support digital campaigns across social, search and email channels. You will help with campaign setup, audience targeting, scheduling and monitoring, and assist with content loading and basic SEO tasks.

Ideal candidates have a degree related to Digital Marketing or Communications, strong analytical and organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in Digital Marketing, Communications, Arts Management or related field.
• Experience in digital marketing, content loading, administrative support or programme coordination preferred.
• Good analytical, organisational and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong attention to accuracy.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with digital marketing platforms.
• Adaptable and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support digital marketing campaigns across social media, search and email channels.
• Assist with campaign setup, audience targeting, scheduling and monitoring.
• Support email marketing, CRM updates, audience segmentation and A/B testing.
• Track campaign performance and prepare reports on engagement and conversions.
• Coordinate digital assets and assist with basic SEO and content-related tasks.
• Conduct basic market and audience research to support campaign planning.
• Provide administrative and coordination support for marketing activities.
