Qualifications

• Many years of working experience with Digital Marketing exposure.
• Know-how to execute AI tools.
• Website SEO search and updating the website.
• Implement digital marketing activities and campaigns to capture online market share and events.
• Develop or upload content or product updates on the website and digital channels to ensure information is accurate.
• Attend to online enquiries and questions.
• Provide ad-hoc IT support to the team when an issue arises.

Responsibilities

• Develop content using videos, customer testimonials, or pictures to garner interest online.
• Using social media or the various digital channels to upload new/updated products.
• Communicate effectively among inter-departments to successful servicedelivery or projects.
• Learn how to resolve technical issues through familiarization with the system and offer troubleshooting.
