Job summary

Bf Health & Skin Care Global Pte. Ltd. is seeking an Associate Digital, Video & AI Marketing Specialist to support growth across brands. The role requires hands-on digital marketing, video production, and advanced AI tool usage to automate processes and generate qualified leads.

You will develop campaigns, manage content calendars, optimize across major platforms, and collaborate with management to improve business performance while guiding junior team members when needed.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Marketing, Digital Media, IT, Communications or related field.
• 1–2 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing and content creation.
• Strong video editing skills with CapCut/Adobe Premiere/Final Cut/DaVinci.
• Experience with AI tools for text, images, audio and video production.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Plan and optimise campaigns across Google, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and LinkedIn.
• Produce promotional videos, interviews, testimonials, and educational content.
• Create short-form content for TikTok, Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts.
• Film and edit videos with captions, graphics, music, transitions and calls to action.
