Job summary

Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore seeks a seasoned professional to accelerate transformation through digital learning platforms and knowledge management. You will lead e-learning content development, coordinate SMEs and SCORM developers, and govern intranet knowledge content for operations teams.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of working experience with strong stakeholder collaboration, content creation and communication.
• Flair in writing and good aesthetic sense.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication and comfort with digital enterprise systems.
• Experience with ServiceNow, Articulate and/or e-Learning platforms is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance MPA's digital learning platforms and knowledge management systems for operations teams.
• Manage e-learning content development, coordinate with SMEs and SCORM developers, govern content and gather user feedback.
• Translate user feedback into content improvements, create user guides, training materials and promote governance for citizen development on ServiceNow.
