Job summary

Dada Consultants was established in 2017, and we are expanding our Singapore team with a fast-growing, tech-backed insurance advisory platform. You will manage a pipeline of warm client leads and oversee the full journey from background review to policy signing and ongoing servicing.

The role offers a fixed salary structure with a discretionary performance bonus and real room to grow as the team scales, with multi-insurer exposure across AIA, Manulife, Sun Life, and more.

Qualifications

• CMFAS licenses M5, M9, M9A and HI are required.
• Experience in insurance, banking, or financial advisory preferred.
• Fixed salary structure with no sales commission.

Responsibilities

• Manage a pipeline of warm, company-provided client leads.
• Guide the full journey from background review to policy signing and servicing.
• Prepare tailored insurance proposals and close deals across major carriers.
• Deliver ongoing client servicing to build long-term relationships.
