Job summary

Dada Consultants was established in 2017, and we are expanding our Singapore team with a fast-growing, tech-backed insurance advisory platform. You will manage a pipeline of warm client leads and oversee the full journey from background review to policy signing and ongoing servicing.

The role offers a fixed salary structure with a discretionary performance bonus and real room to grow as the team scales, with multi-insurer exposure across AIA, Manulife, Sun Life, and more.

Qualifications

• CMFAS licenses M5, M9, M9A and HI are required.
• Experience in insurance, banking, or financial advisory preferred.
• Fixed salary structure with no sales commission.

About the role

A fast-growing, tech-backed insurance advisory platform is expanding its Singapore team. Backed by a NASDAQ-listed group with an established digital insurance ecosystem, this is a rare chance to join during the build-out phase — with real room to grow as the team scales from to a full advisory unit by year-end.

What You'll Do

• Manage and convert a pipeline of warm, company-provided client leads — no cold outreach or self-sourcing required
• Manage full journey from client background review → tailored proposal → policy signing → ongoing servicing
• Prepare tailored insurance proposals and close deals across a panel of leading insurers (AIA, Manulife, Sun Life, etc.)
• Deliver ongoing client servicing to build long-term relationships and retention

Requirements
