Job summary

Poni Insurtech, headquartered in Singapore, seeks an experienced Client Relationship Executive/Manager (Financial Advisor) to join our growing client services team. This full-time role builds and maintains strong relationships with clients while delivering expert financial advisory services.

You will assess client financial situations, recommend appropriate insurance and investment products, prepare detailed plans, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience in client services, financial advisory or relationship management within banking, insurance or financial services.
• Knowledge of insurance products, investment instruments and financial planning principles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to explain complex financial concepts clearly to diverse clients.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain professional relationships with high levels of trust and credibility.
• Proficiency in relevant financial software and CRM platforms.
• Diploma or degree in Finance, Business, Economics or related field; CFP/CPF or financial advisory certifications are valued.
• Bilingual capabilities (English and Mandarin/other local languages) are preferred.
