Job summary

Health Promotion Board in Singapore is seeking a proactive Programme Manager to drive digital health initiatives and engagement across diverse populations. You will work across IP/ISPPO teams to design, test, and implement digital programmes using wearables, data, and AI-driven approaches.

This is a 1-year contract with opportunities to scale impact and collaboration across government partners. You will coordinate with domain experts, developers and marketing teams to evolve the Healthy 365 app

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of relevant experience in digital programme management, project coordination or related work.
• Good understanding of agile methodology and project management principles would be advantageous.
• Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the design, development and implementation of innovative digital programmes that promote healthy lifestyles and user engagement, including proofs-of-concept and proofs-of-value initiatives.
• Apply behavioural science principles to support programme design, personalisation and behaviour change.
• Develop and support programme evaluation activities by analysing quantitative and qualitative data.
• Engage and coordinate with internal stakeholders, domain experts, technical teams, government agencies and external partners.
• Support project delivery by coordinating project plans, milestones, risks, issues, budgets and stakeholder communications.
• Participate in solution testing and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Prepare and maintain project documentation and governance reports.
