Job summary

Changi Airport Group (CAG) seeks a Digital Finance Business Analyst to join our Digital Finance and Systems team in Singapore. You will partner with Finance users, developers and data engineers to identify opportunities, redesign processes and implement automation leveraging RPA, Power Platform, AI and data analytics technologies.

The role blends business analysis, process improvement, automation delivery and AI enablement to drive meaningful outcomes across Finance.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in IT, business systems or finance.
At least 3 years of experience in business analysis, digital transformation, automation or process improvement.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform and UiPath.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaborate with stakeholders.
Strong project coordination and organizational skills.
Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and manage multiple initiatives concurrently.

Responsibilities

Partner with Finance users to understand processes and desired outcomes.
Challenge existing ways of working and identify opportunities for automation and transformation.
Facilitate workshops to gather requirements and drive continuous improvement.
Prepare AS-IS and TO-BE process documentation and solution designs.
Identify, assess and prioritise automation opportunities using RPA, Power Platform, AI and Data Platform.
Translate business requirements into functional/technical specs with governance in mind.
Work with developers through the solution lifecycle, from requirements to deployment.
Define test scenarios ensuring solutions meet business requirements and quality standards.
Support adoption of Generative AI and other AI technologies in Finance.
Onboard new data sources into Data Platform and analytics efforts.
Stay current with AI/automation developments and identify applications in Finance.
