Job summary

AIG is seeking a Digital Enablement Analyst to drive end-to-end delivery of digital projects, optimize experiences, and partner with cross-functional stakeholders to translate customer needs into actionable product specs.

You will work across design, analytics, IT, and marketing to define adoption strategies, support testing, and deliver insights that improve conversions and engagement. This role prioritizes in-office collaboration and continuous learning.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years working experience in product management, digital, or related roles.
• Strong understanding of a customer’s digital journey.
• Proficiency with tools for CMS, project management, UI/UX, prototyping and web analytics.

Responsibilities

• Own digital projects and drive end-to-end delivery to enhance operational efficiency and user experience.
• Create wireframes, clickable prototypes, user flows and journey maps; validate with stakeholders in Figma.
• Define and monitor KPIs and reporting frameworks for digital products and journeys.
