Job summary

CapitaLand Investment Limited is seeking a proactive student intern to support website content updates, UAT, and UX research. You will help improve website and chatbot experiences while gaining hands-on exposure to SEO, knowledge management, and cross‑functional projects.

Ideal candidates are pursuing a diploma in related fields with strong communication, analytical skills, and initiative to deliver high-quality work on deadlines.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a diploma in one of the listed fields.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Analytical and detailed-oriented with strong initiative.

Responsibilities

• Update website content based on best practices.
• Perform user acceptance testing (UAT) for website and chatbot.
• Conduct UI/UX research to improve website visitors’/chatbot users’ experiences.
• Monitor chatbot conversations for feedback and recommend improvements to its functionalities and responses.
• Support SEO content review.
• Update web knowledge management hub.
• Support the team on ad hoc projects where required.
