Job summary

CapitaLand is seeking a design-oriented individual to support product development and design efforts for our mobile apps. You will assist in defining roadmaps, documenting design decisions, and aligning design with business goals.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to build wireframes, mockups, and prototypes, and contribute to user research, testing, and accessibility validation. A strong foundation in UX/UI design and hands-on use of Figma/Adobe tools is required.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a diploma/degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, UX/UI related fields or any related field.
• Proficient in design tools such as Figma, Canva, or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Basic understanding of user-centered design principles and design thinking.
• Strong visual design sense and attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Good communication and presentation skills for explaining design concepts.
• Able to conduct user research, usability testing, and analyse feedback.
• Familiarity with A/B testing and mobile app design best practices.
• Knowledge of mobile app development and user experience principles is a plus.

• Provide support in accessibility testing and ensure that designs meet accessibility standards and guidelines.
