CapitaLand is seeking a proactive Diploma student to assist in updating website content and performing UAT for the site and chatbot. You will conduct UI/UX research to enhance visitor experiences and monitor chatbot interactions for improvements.

Requirements include a diploma in IT, marketing, design, or related fields, plus strong communication, analytical and multitasking abilities. You will support SEO reviews and ad hoc projects within CapitaLand’s digital team in Singapore.

Formación

• Currently pursuing a diploma in Applied AI, Business IT, Digital Marketing, Data Analytics, Design (Digital Commerce & Experience), Digital Marketing & Analytics, UI/UX or related fields.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Analytical and detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and deliver high-quality work on deadlines.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript and familiarity with design tools like Figma and Adobe products.

Responsabilidades

• Update website content based on best practices.
• Perform user acceptance testing (UAT) for website and chatbot.
• Conduct UI/UX research to improve website visitors'/chatbot users' experiences.
• Monitor chatbot conversations and recommend improvements to its functionalities and responses.
• Support SEO content reviews.
• Update web knowledge management hub.
• Support the team on ad hoc projects where required.
