Job summary

PERSOL Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a Creative Social Media & Content Marketing Executive on a 6-month contract. You will develop content across platforms, craft engaging posts and visuals, and help grow digital communities through storytelling.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in social media, strong writing and familiarity with major platforms plus Canva/CapCut/Adobe tools. Collaborative, detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple projects.

Qualifications

Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Business or related disciplines.
1–2 years of experience in social media management, content creation, digital marketing or communications.
Strong writing, storytelling and content development skills.
Familiarity with Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok and YouTube.
Experience using Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite or similar tools.
Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Creative mindset with attention to detail.
Comfortable working independently and with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute content plans across corporate social media platforms.
Create engaging digital content, including social media posts, visuals, short-form videos and multimedia assets.
Monitor trends and industry developments to identify content opportunities.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather stories and updates.
Coordinate content production with external partners and vendors.
Ensure content is delivered accurately and on schedule.
Support ongoing digital engagement and content marketing initiatives.
