• Translate business needs into clear user stories, process maps, use cases, and functional specifications.
• Review existing systems and workflows to recommend practical digital solutions and process enhancements.
• Collaborate with product, design, development, testing, and operations teams throughout the solution delivery lifecycle.
• Contribute to application solution designs by assessing feasibility, dependencies, risks, and business impact.
• Define acceptance criteria and support test planning, system testing, and user acceptance testing activities.
• Conduct stakeholder workshops, requirement discussions, solution walkthroughs, and project updates.
• Monitor requirement changes, defects, action items, and delivery progress using suitable project management tools.
• Assess implemented solutions, gather user feedback, and recommend enhancements to improve business and customer outcomes.

Strong analytical, conceptualisation, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business needs into practical digital solutions.

Good communication and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to present ideas, facilitate discussions, and influence key stakeholders.
