YCP in Singapore seeks a Partner, Digital Advisory to lead and accelerate the growth of its digital advisory capability across Southeast Asia. You will combine deep digital strategy expertise with senior client leadership to originate, shape and grow high-value engagements for regional clients.

As a fractional CTO and trusted adviser, you will guide CEOs and technology leaders through strategy, system choices and vendor selections, while building a high-performing team and contributing to YCP's

Qualifications

• 15+ years of relevant experience in consulting or digital strategy.
• Proven track record of originating and growing advisory revenue.
• Established C-suite relationships across Southeast Asia.

Responsabilités

• Own growth agenda for Digital Advisory in Southeast Asia.
• Develop senior relationships with CEOs, CIOs, CTOs and CDOs.
• Originate and convert advisory engagements from dialogue to proposition development.
• Lead client-side projects as fractional CTO.
• Maintain executive alignment and measurable value creation.
• Coach and develop advisory team.
