YCP is seeking an accomplished Partner, Digital Advisory to lead and accelerate the growth of its digital advisory capability across Southeast Asia. This senior leadership role combines deep expertise in digital strategy and technology decision-making with the commercial capability to originate, shape and grow significant client relationships.

Qualificações

• 15+ years of relevant professional experience in management consulting, digital strategy, or technology advisory.
• Proven track record of originating and growing consulting revenue and senior client relationships.
• Established C-suite relationships and a strong network within Southeast Asia.

Responsabilidades

• Own the growth agenda for Digital Advisory within Southeast Asia, establishing YCP as a trusted adviser to organisations making significant technology decisions.
• Develop senior relationships across priority clients and sectors, engaging with CEOs, CIOs, CTOs and CDOs.
• Originate and convert advisory engagements from initial dialogue through proposition development, negotiation and mobilization.
• Build a strong portfolio of strategic accounts and develop relationships into long-term partnerships.
• Collaborate with OXD and other YCP practices to create integrated propositions and cross-practice delivery opportunities.
• Take accountability for revenue, pipeline, profitability and commercial performance across the Digital Advisory portfolio.
• Recruit, develop and retain a high-performing Digital Advisory team; coach senior consultants and future leaders.
