Job summary

Qualifications

• MBA or equivalent master’s degree; top-tier school preferred.
• 5–7 years of experience in strategy/management consulting or related fields.
• English at business level or higher; native-level Asian language skills are a plus.
• Track record of leading teams of 5+ members and client management experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple project modules and lead cross-geography engagements.
• Translate complex analyses into pragmatic, high-impact strategic recommendations for clients.
• Build direct relationships with client C-suite and key decision-makers.
• Develop and manage project teams (Associates, Analysts).
• Lead proposal writing and participate in client pitches.
• Develop and codify practice area expertise and contribute to firm strategy.
