Job summary

Good Job Creations (Singapore) Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced Design Engineer to manage diesel and gas generator system projects from concept to delivery. You will translate customer requirements into technical designs, drawings, and layouts while coordinating with sales, procurement, and production.

You should have at least 3 years in engineering design within manufacturing, a solid grasp of mechanical and electrical principles, and experience preparing proposals and technical documents.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in product or engineering design within manufacturing.
• Knowledge of industrial engines, diesel or gas generator systems.
• Experience with technical drawings and engineering specifications.
• Ability to prepare technical proposals and supporting documents.

Responsibilities

• Manage engineering design and customization projects for diesel and gas generator systems based on customer requirements.
• Prepare technical proposals, engineering drawings, and system layouts.
• Develop equipment specifications and project costing to support proposals.
• Coordinate with sales, engineering, procurement, production, and QA for on-time delivery.
• Review documents and drawings to ensure compliance with project requirements.
• Source components from vendors and partners for customized solutions.
• Manage schedules and documentation, resolving issues through the project lifecycle.
• Support business development through technical consultation and proposals.
