is seeking a highly motivated Applications Engineer specializing in Diesel Power Generators to ensure quality, performance, and reliability through rigorous testing, validation, and close collaboration with the development team. From early design evaluation to final quality assurance, you will develop test plans, execute tests, document results, and support cross-functional teams to deliver robust diesel power systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent
• Proven experience in testing and quality control
• Strong knowledge of diesel engine operations and testing principles
• Ability to create and execute test plans
• Excellent communication and teamwork
• Familiarity with industry standards for power generation

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage test plans for diesel generators
• Conduct product testing including performance and reliability assessments
• Document defects and tracking actions to closure
• Collaborate with development engineers to resolve issues
• Prepare test reports with findings and improvement recommendations
• Support new product development with design feedback and optimization
