Rolls-Royce Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking an Execution Engineer (Electrical) for Genset Projects to lead technical application engineering across APAC.

You will handle balance-of-plant design, project execution, site supervision, commissioning, and coordination with internal teams, suppliers and customers to ensure on-time delivery of power-generation projects. Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Mechatronics or Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years in diesel/gas engine or power generation.
• Hands-on regional project execution, installation, site supervision and commissioning of diesel gensets.
• Knowledge of electrical power systems and genset control systems.
• Understand of schematic diagrams and P&ID.
• Advantage: automation, switchgear and electrical protection systems.
• Good understanding of Asian business practices.
• Strong communication, teamwork, proactiveness and positive mindset.
• Willing to travel within APAC.

Responsibilities

• Support sales engineering on balance-of-plant design topics.
• Share lessons learned to support future project pursuits.
• Take over awarded orders and execute technical scope with PM.
• Balance technical solutions with budget and commercial requirements.
• Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers and contractors.
• Prepare drawings, calculations, manuals and documentation.
• Coordinate factory and supplier deliverables and validate proposals.
• Finalize balance-of-plant design and raise purchase requisitions.
• Integrate BOPlant scope into final product delivery.
• Ensure compliance with customer requirements and standards.
• Support subsidiaries with technical guidance during site execution.
• Conduct technical presentations and training.
• Provide onsite technical support including installation, supervision and commissioning.
• Ensure successful plant integration and functionality.
• Stay updated on technical developments.
• Perform overseas travel as required.
• Undertake special assignments when delegated.
