Job summary

Everllence SE seeks a skilled mechanical technician to perform disassembly, inspection, and repair of diesel engines and equipment. You will assist senior staff, operate precision tools, and ensure safe, accurate reassembly and testing per technical specs.

You will also support site projects onboard vessels or in shipyards, traveling as required. Strong hands-on tool experience and reading engineering drawings are essential.

Qualifications

• 2 years of relevant experience in mechanical repair or servicing of diesel engines, marine, offshore, or industrial equipment.
• Hands-on experience with workshop tools, lifting equipment, and measurement instruments.
• Willingness and ability to travel for work assignments, including boarding vessels or working in shipyards.

Responsibilities

• Perform disassembly, inspection, cleaning, repair, reassembly, and testing of diesel engines, components, and mechanical equipment.
• Assist senior mechanics and supervisors in troubleshooting and resolving mechanical faults.
• Operate tools, machines, and measurement instruments safely and effectively.
• Perform mechanical fitting, alignment, and adjustment works following engineering drawings and manuals.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety of work areas, tools, and equipment.
• Support project work at customer sites, including boarding vessels or working in shipyards as required by the assignment.
