Goltens Toei Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a Service Engineer for diesel engine services. You will lead on-site repair, installation, troubleshooting and overhaul campaigns, coordinating with ship owners, agents, class and subcontractors.

The role requires a Diploma in Marine/Mechanical Engineering, at least 5 years' experience with marine engines, strong communication, travel readiness, and proficiency in MS Office.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Marine/Mechanical Engineering required.
• 5+ years' experience with Engine Makers and Marine/Offshore/Power Generation.
• Knowledge of high-speed Caterpillar engines.
• Sailing experience and Seaman book preferred.

Responsabilités

• Inspect, install, repair, troubleshoot and overhaul of diesel engines and auxiliary equipment.
• Coordinate with ship reps, Class, Goltens and sub-contractors for work and permits.
• Prepare risk assessments, job scopes, tool lists and schedules; lead toolbox talks.
• Control costs by tracking man-hours, materials and vendor expenses within budget.
• Prepare service reports with photos and hand-written data on completion.
• Travel frequently to customer sites and ensure safety and compliance.
