• Competent in sales forecasting and pipeline management.

Responsibilities

• Sales Growth: Develop and execute strategic plans to increase spare parts revenue and capture a larger market share year-on-year.
• Lead Management: Proactively manage sales leads from initial inquiry to fulfillment, ensuring both profitability and customer satisfaction.
• Forecasting: Conduct accurate sales forecasting and maintain a healthy sales pipeline for management planning.
• Service Promotion: Actively promote aftermarket service products and spare parts packages to regional distributors.
• Technical Advisory: Provide in-depth technical advice on diesel industrial engines to support distributor sales efforts.
• Inventory Optimization: Collaborate on optimizing stock levels to balance low holding costs with high parts availability.
• Reporting & Presentation: Create and deliver professional proposal presentations for prospects and maintain accurate records of pricing, projects, and sales activities.
• Continuous Improvement: Participate in and lead cross-functional projects to improve aftermarket processes and service delivery.
