Job summary

Danaher Diagnostics seeks a Senior Medical Director for High Growth Markets to lead medical strategy across Singapore, Malaysia, and coordinated regions, ensuring scientific differentiation and clinical relevance of the portfolio. You will collaborate with OpCo teams, Dx CMO, and regional leaders to govern medical programs and drive adoption.

You will mentor regional MedSci teams, partner with disease franchises, and help design integrated medical and evidence plans to support launch excellence.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree (MD, PhD, or PharmD) in Life Sciences, Medicine, or related discipline.
• 15+ years of experience in medical affairs, clinical development, or scientific leadership in diagnostics, life sciences, pharma or medical devices.
• Strategic leadership with the ability to align scientific evidence, clinical impact and commercial objectives.

Responsibilities

• Lead High Growth Markets Medical Strategy: develop and integrate medical strategy across Singapore, Malaysia, and adjacent markets.
• Represent Danaher Diagnostics and its OpCos in regional medical forums and coordinate with Dx CMO.
• Provide governance and oversight to ensure medical integrity and compliant practice.
• Coordinate and lead medical execution to drive launches, evidence generation and adoption.
• Develop external scientific leadership with KOLs and partners; enable evidence generation and adoption.
• Develop and mentor regional MedSci teams to sustain high performance.
