Job summary

RAPSYS TECHNOLOGIES PTE LTD is seeking a skilled DevOps Engineer to join our Singapore team. The role focuses on building efficient, secure, and scalable infrastructure and optimizing deployment pipelines for seamless operations.

The ideal candidate has 3–5+ years in DevOps, SRE or software engineering, with strong Python/Go/Node.js scripting, and hands-on IaC and observability experience in large cloud environments.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in DevOps, Software Engineering, or SRE.
• Experience in central platform teams or IDP environments is ideal.
• Strong scripting skills for automation and API integrations.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain scalable deployment pipelines.
• Ensure infrastructure security, reliability and observability.
• Integrate ITSM tools via APIs to automate alerting and incident workflows.
• Work with AWS or Azure at scale and manage IaC tooling.

We are looking for a skilled and proactive DevOps Engineer to join our team in Singapore. If you have at least 3 years of experience and a passion for building efficient, secure, and scalable infrastructure, we want to meet you! • Experience: 3-5+ years in DevOps, Software Engineering, or Site Reliability Engineering(SRE),ideallywithinacentralplatformteamorInternalDeveloper Platform (IDP) environment.
• Programming&Automation: StrongcodingskillsinPython,Go,orNode.js, specifically for writing automation scripts, interacting with REST APIs, and building custom integrations.
• Infrastructure-as-Code: Deep,hands-onexperiencewithTerraform,Pulumi, Ansible, or similar IaC tools within large-scale AWS or Azure environments.
• ObservabilityTooling: Practicalexperienceconfiguringandmanagingtelemetry pipelines using OpenTelemetry, Elastic Stack, Dynatrace, or Datadog.
• ITSMIntegration: ExperienceworkingwiththeAPIsofJiraServiceManagement (JSM), ServiceNow, or PagerDuty to build automated alerting and ticketing workflows.
