Job summary

Io Tech Solutions Limited is seeking a hands-on DevOps Engineer to join a global Cloud and DevOps team in Singapore. You will help build and operate the platforms, automation, and tooling to enable engineering teams to deploy applications reliably, securely, and efficiently.

The role covers AWS, Terraform, Kubernetes, CI/CD, observability, cloud networking, and developer self-service, with opportunities to contribute to broader cloud and infrastructure initiatives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in DevOps, Platform Engineering, Cloud Engineering, SRE, or a related role.
• Strong hands-on experience with AWS and Terraform.
• Practical experience with Kubernetes and Docker.
• Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong scripting and automation skills using Python, Bash, or similar.
• Experience with monitoring and observability tools.
• Good understanding of cloud security and networking.
• Experience troubleshooting cloud infrastructure and distributed applications.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with globally distributed teams.
• Pragmatic, automation-focused engineering mindset.

Responsibilities

• Build and operate IaC and automation using Terraform.
• Develop self-service tooling to provision cloud resources.
• Provision and manage AWS infrastructure (EC2, EKS, RDS, S3, IAM, CloudWatch).
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions.
• Manage Kubernetes, Helm, and GitOps workflows.
• Develop monitoring, logging, alerting, and observability across cloud platforms.
• Support cloud networking and hybrid connectivity across accounts, regions, and on-prem environments.
• Implement cloud security, IAM, secrets management, encryption, and governance."

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain Infrastructure as Code and automation using Terraform.
• Develop self-service tooling for engineering teams to provision and manage cloud resources.
• Provision and manage AWS infrastructure, including EC2, EKS, RDS, S3, IAM, and CloudWatch.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and related tooling.
• Manage Kubernetes, Helm, and GitOps workflows and support application onboarding.
• Develop and improve monitoring, logging, alerting, and observability across cloud platforms.
• Support cloud networking and hybrid connectivity across accounts, regions, and on-premises environments.
• Implement cloud security, IAM, secrets management, encryption, and governance controls.
• Improve the reliability, scalability, and operational efficiency of shared platforms.
• Partner with development and infrastructure teams on troubleshooting, performance, production readiness, and incident response.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of experience in DevOps, Platform Engineering, Cloud Engineering, SRE, or a related role.
