Job summary

First Tel Tech Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking an IT technician to install, configure, and maintain servers, PCs, notebooks, Macs, and printers for our maintenance customers.

You will handle Microsoft 365, Microsoft Azure, Acronis Cloud, and Sophos Cloud Service setup and ongoing troubleshooting of system issues. Candidates should have at least a Diploma in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent, 1 year of related experience, and be comfortable in a System Integration (SI)

Qualifications

• Diploma in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of related work experience.
• Able to work in a System Integration (SI) environment.
• Competent in Windows Server, TCP/IP, DNS, and general troubleshooting.
• MCSE and virtualization experience is a plus.

Responsibilities
