Job summary
First Tel Tech Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking an IT technician to install, configure, and maintain servers, PCs, notebooks, Macs, and printers for our maintenance customers.
You will handle Microsoft 365, Microsoft Azure, Acronis Cloud, and Sophos Cloud Service setup and ongoing troubleshooting of system issues. Candidates should have at least a Diploma in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent, 1 year of related experience, and be comfortable in a System Integration (SI)
Qualifications
- Diploma in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year of related work experience.
- Able to work in a System Integration (SI) environment.
- Competent in Windows Server, TCP/IP, DNS, and general troubleshooting.
- MCSE and virtualization experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Install, configure and maintain servers, PCs, notebooks, Macs, and printers for maintenance customers.
- Install and configure Microsoft 365, Microsoft Azure, Acronis Cloud and Sophos Cloud Service.
- Troubleshoot system issues.

At least 1 Year of working experience in the related field
Able to work in a System Integration (SI) environment
Competent in Microsoft Windows Server Operating System, TCP/IP, DNS, and troubleshooting of system issues
MCSE and Virtualization experience will have an added advantage
